Will a spider bite look like a white head pimple?

Popped a pimple and now stuck with a scab ..how long to wait until it disappears?

I popped a pretty small pimple on Sunday morning. I%26#039;m taking off Monday from work just because i%26#039;m sick so i have this extra day to heal as well.
