pimple occures near vagina and skin will vry rough and reddish because of vaginal fluid occurs or somthing else.|||get it checked out it could be std sorry to worry you good luck xx|||do you shave? it could be the effect like ingrown. or could be a boil. use clean blades and dispose it after. use also cream like alovera cream or anything that soothens the skin after.
try to do hot compress on it to relieve pain and if it keeps bigger, go consult a doctor.=)
