Can a pimple turn into a mole?

I had this huge pimple on my upper lip a few months ago, it was very ugly. Anyways, it went away after a few weeks and didn%26#039;t leave any marks behind. Last week I had another pimple at the exact same spot part on my upper lip and part on my skin, this time when it went away it left a very dark brown spot behind. I%26#039;m really worried it might be a mole!! How do I get rid of it?|||woah. well no pimple should turn into a mole. because they%26#039;re two different things. just give it some time to heal on its own.
