I have a popped pimple on my nose and i was wonder neosporin work?

Yes, it would definitely work. :) If I ever get a pimple, I will apply some Polysporin on the area that is infected and go to bed like that. It usually doesn%26#039;t take more than one or two nights, and trust me, I have perfect skin.
