Ok every now and then I get a pimple that really hurts.?

I get these every so often. They dont show or ever come to the surface. It feels as if there is alot of pressure and it even swells - at least it feesl swollen but still dosent show. You cant even tell that I have one. I wash my face every single day, twice a day and Im on birth control and I really dont get that much acne. I%26#039;ve been under alot of stress and it has nothing to do with the Christams season more like family problems, so the stress has been causing this. But why does it hurt so bad and why dosent it just come to surface. I have had a few like this before.|||it could be your lymph nodes. mine swell when i am stressed out. i can only feel them under the skin. Hope i helped.|||stress|||It happens.
