Why do i have this tiny, permanent, pimple like spot just beside my nose?

its a millimeter wide and sort of hard and sometimes itchy. its just to the right side of the right nostral at the point where the nose reaches the face. its a skin colour|||how long has it been there? you could probably consult a doc and get it removed if it bugs you that much.|||It is probably a cyst- you can get it removed quite easily!
