Will my pimple go away if i dont touch it and just clean it?

im just cleaning it with alchohol and it white and im not sure if i should pop it or leave it. i would it to heal quickl y but i dont want a scar|||I usually pop them if they%26#039;re white because they%26#039;re ugly like that, if it%26#039;s just red than leave it so it will heal more quickly.
