How do i get rid of pimple in my arm?

ok i have these pimples in my arm and i HATE them with all my life and soul. anyone know any good products or methods to use to get rid of these annoying pimples? MC|||you need to pop it, what i do is i take an insulin needle and and poke my self lightly and pop it.make sure you dissinfect it with hydrogen or benzyol peroxide. when you pop it get liquid vitamin e, any dollar store they come in gel caps then pop it and put it on your arm within days it will disapere,promise.i told this method to many people and they love me for it.you will be amazed how fast you heal.
