I applied hydrogen peroxide to my pimple?

i applied some hydrogen peroxide on my pimple, like 3 drops and it turned pussey white first, then some of it went away.

Is that a sign it%26#039;s working? do i need to apply more? and do i rinse it off or anything? thanks|||When it comes to Hydrogen Peroxide, less is more. What you did was perfect--just a few little drops on a problem area is enough to dry out the pimple without drying out skin while treating it. Wash your face with your usual cleanser before you apply it and don%26#039;t wash it off.|||Hydrogen peroxide works to clear acne by killing the bacteria on the skin.

It dries out the face though.

This could be good or bad.

You don%26#039;t want to dry your face out too bad otherwise, your skin will start making more oils to make up for the oils you are trying to dry up.

It works best if you pop the pimple and then use the peroxide.

Pimples are infections.

Peroxide cleans infections.

I wouldn%26#039;t suggesting covering your face in peroxide though.

PLEASE do NOT use 10% or higher H2O2 solutions - they are caustic and can actually burn the skin!

It is working but you need to be using an acne cream and a face wash . I recommend using the peroxide twice a day; once in the morning and once at night. after the fizzing stops and the white begins to recede you need to wash it off.|||the white stuff means it is working and it is cleaning out the dirt.... do not wipe it off other wise it will stop working... and keep applying it until the white stuff goes away... and i think you could apply more than 3 drops, just dont get it in your eyes or mouth..|||It means your face was probably dirty when it bubbled up, keep applying it and it will dry it out and eventually go away, don%26#039;t rinse it off.
