I have a pimple on my left upper lip line. I have had it for a month now,I've used Queen Helenes Mint Julep?

Masque which has always drawn out all of the white stuff and dried up pImples, but this one just draws out and gets very swollen. About twice a weeks it seems to dry up then just gets very red and swollen again. What should i do. What could it be?
