I popped a painful pimple and it had no head?

some white stuff and blood came out, will i get a scar? it is not red just a slightly elevated bump that has a little red dot on it...|||It should not scar but you really should leave it alone. Except for washing your face etc. the germs from your hands and under your fingernails can give you a really bad infection and then you may be left with scars.|||if white stuff came out then yes it was a pimple but it depends..... if the pimple was not ready to be popped.... then it may leave you a scar depending on how big it was
