Pimple like bumps on my month and a half old guinea pig's skin.?

he loves it when i kind of scratch his back and sides of his belly and he purs but theres like 5 little pimple like bumps on his skin, should i be worried? he does everything fine, he eats, drinks, and gets vegetables or fruit every morning. help?|||What first cam to mind is a follicular cyst. I%26#039;ve no experiee with it and with no pictures, it%26#039;s hard for any of us to guess too accurately. I see you didnt mention vitamins, which is absolutly VITAL to a guinea. My store will not guarantee a pig we%26#039;re selling unless it has vitamins at home/ or they buy some. Try upping the Vitamin dosage (Sundrops, VitaSol [8 in 1]), and take to a vet who knows pigs, and see what they say. Just to make sure its not mites, which it doesnt sound like.|||if its on his stomach, those are nipples.
