What do I do with my pimple?

I have a pimple on the right side of my nose, and I didn%26#039;t squeeze it or anything, and this morning when I woke up i saw some dried up pus on it. Should I leave it, press it out, or what?|||I%26#039;d wash the dried puss off, and leave it alone after that!|||Don%26#039;t touch it! Let it heal by itself. Trust me =]
