I usually squeeze pimples regardless of where they are and put rubbin alcohol on them!|||if it is around the areola then yes it is your milk glads it is like a pimple just dont sqeeze all the time little white stuff comes out it is ok i have that after haveing my kids it started i was like whats that the dr said just some women get it .
