I have a pimple on my face and my first day of high school is tomorrow! how do i get rid of it?!?!?

please help. i already tried popping it. but it won%26#039;t work. please quick suggestions. WILL PICK BEST ANSWER. pleapleaspelspaelpasepaslepsa|||First, don%26#039;t fret too much. You might cause another one to pop up, because, if anything, STRESS causes pimples!

If it%26#039;s red, you can put a drop of Visine or other red-reducing eyedrop on it. It%26#039;ll reduce the redness temporarily, so you can actually do this before school starts so it%26#039;s not so visible.

Before you go to bed, put a dab of minty toothpaste on it. It helps to dry out the pimple, so it%26#039;ll be significantly smaller by the next morning. You can either use that method, or go to Target (or someplace like it) and get overnight pimple reducers from the likes of Neutrogena or simply apply something with salicylic acid to dry it out.

If you keep trying to pick it, it%26#039;ll only get worse. It%26#039;ll get more red and more visible to the point where the Visine won%26#039;t even help.. so don%26#039;t do it! Drink some water and get a full 8 hours of sleep. It%26#039;ll be gone before you know it :)|||fast relief..do you have any foot fungus cream in the house...that has a bacteria killing agent in it..

or

Green wintergreen rubbing alochol, pour a bit on a tissue and wipe your face..you will see the tissue become very dirty. Do it every morning and every night before bed. This is one of those tricks that no one ever knows..The best part..the bottle is usually about 89 cents... I find it at vons or walgreens.

My husband had bad acne and he went to the dermatoligist and tried everything but this works and he is perfectly clear.

You could give yourself red marks, scars, or it could spread and you can give yourself worse acne.

What you could do is put ice on it to tone down swelling and then put on any facial mask that has benzoyl peroxide. You only need a little bit not too much. When you rinse it off, use a CLEAN wash cloth and pat it dry. They really mean this when you read directions on a face wash because if you dry your face in a up and down movement, you are tearing your pores wide open so more bacteria can get in them. Thats bad. So be gentle with your face.

For tomorrow though, cover it. This is what i do:

1.take a concealer brush and put a small amount of concealer POWDER on it. (DO NOT use the liquid concealer because it just makes your skin look orange and crusty and fake. I think id rather have a zit than that.) Dab your pimple with the brush.

2. Take a large blush brush and sweep the concealer all over your face. Dont use too much

3. You might want to bring this stuff with you to touch up throughout the day.

However, your pimple will be covered so it wont look red and greasy but you will still see a bump if its a big one. But it wont be too noticeable|||Try something called Tea Tree Oil. I have done this for several years and it really works well. You can find it at health food stores or even at Walmart.

Tea tree oil has been recognized as a potent antiseptic in Australia anecdotally for much longer than there has been scientific evidence. However, recent studies support a role for tea tree oil in skin care and treatment of various ailments.

Tea tree oil is a known antifungal agent, effective in vitro against multiple dermatophytes found on the skin. In vivo, shampoo with 5% tea tree oil has been shown to be an effective treatment for dandruff due to its ability to treat Malassezia furfur, the most common cause of the condition.

Tea Tree Oil is used in medically used cosmetic products also. Some references are there to suggest its role as antiviral.

In the treatment of moderate acne, topical application of 5% tea tree oil has shown an effect comparable to 5% benzoyl peroxide, albeit with slower onset of action.

Tea tree oil is also effective for treating insect bites, boils and minor wounds. It has also been known to help soothe sunburns, poison ivy, ear infections, and bee stings.

Tea tree oil can also be used preventively, Harper says. %26quot;If you%26#039;re acne-prone, apply it regularly to keep breakouts from occurring.%26quot; For occasional flare-ups, an application of tea tree oil should show results within a day.

Tea tree has a long history of traditional use. Australian aboriginals used tea tree leaves for healing skin cuts, burns, and infections by crushing the leaves and applying them to the affected area.

Tea tree oil contains consituents called terpenoids, which have antiseptic and antifungal activity. The compound terpinen-4-ol is the most abundant and is thought to be responsible for most of tea tree oil%26#039;s antimicrobial activity.
