I have a pimple problem so whatshould i do to cure please help me its growing to start?

i have it from a week am a big kid now but iaam so scared can u help me please|||There are a number of things you can try, such as clearasil or other generic acne creams that can be found in any drugstore. If its a huge problem, try Proactive. You can buy it online or over the phone. That stuff really works great. If you cant afford it, you buy cheap stuff over the counter at stores like walmart or Rite-Aid. If for some reason you do not have access to that stuff, try drying some pimples out with toothpaste, the white kind, not the gel kind.
