Red blemishes inside my skin, Pimple?

I have these little red blemishes that look like pimple scars, but i never had any pimples popped around those areas.

They appeared a few months back and never went away, they%26#039;re hard to see but they%26#039;re worrying me.

Anything you recommend to get rid of these blemishes.

My friend said i should see a dermo and they%26#039;ll give me this cream. I really dont have the time/money,

is there any home remedies i could use? Thanks.|||I have them too... I think they are Campbell de Morgan spots 鈥搑elated to age and occuring on abdomen and chest and upper extremities. They are harmless, broken capillaries just under the skin surface.

There is treatment, if you want that (I have too many to treat!)

Advanced Electrolysis:

Advanced electrolysis procedures for Campbell de Morgan spots are one of the optimal ways of treating them. Using electrolysis, a skilled Electrologist is able to use a probe to cauterize the Campbell de Morgan spot without damaging any of the surrounding tissue the cauterization process destroys the blood vessels that make up the Campbell de Morgan spot leaving the body to absorb the scar tissue over four to six weeks.

There is virtually no pain associated with this particularly if a topical anaesthetic such as an anaesthetic cream is applied to the area before treatment begins. There is rarely a need for a second procedure as it usually takes only one attempt to destroy the Campbell de Morgan spot.

It usually takes about 15 minutes to destroy each Campbell de Morgan spot using advanced electrolysis.

Hope that helps. :)|||they%26#039;re ingrown hairs, i get em on my leg somtimes, they%26#039;ll go away after a while.|||check this link its good

.|||Topical Medication 鈥?This method is fine for treating mild scars. Apply a healing topical gel, or paste to the problem area. These medications generally contain tretinoin, Alpha-HydroxyAcid (AHAs), Beta-Hydroxy Acid (BHA), or a combination of these. These constituents help in the regeneration of the skin as well as curing post-inflammatory changes.
