area will be slightly sore to touch, slight swelling very slight, small round firm lump.
Or if its only a small one, sensitivity in the area, small slight lump other than those.. not much (:|||It kinda hurts a little and sometimes if your touch the area you can feel it and till hurt more when you touch it.
