How can i get rid of some wierd kind of pimple that looks like its made of skin ?

i have these pimples growing on my face but they look like there made of skin . its not like a normal pimple .


i don%26#039;t really know how to explain it but i know there not pimples and i know there not warts . there these small little bumps i guess that are formed from my skin on my face . its usually around the corners of my eyes right under there were u get dark circles and sometimes i get them around my neck .


does anyone know what if could be ? and how to get rid of them with out going to a doctor ? because i was just thinking of cutting them off with a knife |||What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. |||maybe they are cysts~you should check with your Dr about them. They can be removed if they are cysts. The pictures look really odd on the wiki site~they do not always look like that LOL I have cysts and they don%26#039;t look like those pictures!
