Ive got a pimple problem.I've been using oxy for about a month and it doesnt seem to work. Wat do I do?

Ive used proactiv (till the cleanser ran out), clearisil, clean %26amp; clear, and oxy... Ive barely seen a difference... It clears up sorta, but only when I use it and then when i come back from school they%26#039;re back. I use the daily wash, cleansing pads, %26amp; sometimes the 24 hour thing in the morning, when i come back from school, and b4 i go to sleep. Please help.|||ok well the thing with acne.. you got to keep using the product. once u stop ur acne will come back


so if proactive worked a little bit you cud keep using it and maybe ur face will clear up but if it didnt make much of a difference you could switch

NEUTROGENA ($20 for a 2 month supply)


-the skin polishing acne cleanser: salicylic acid 0.5% + microfine beads


-oil-free spf 15 lotion (day): SPF 15 -proprietary botanical comples (helps calms skin and protect it from the sun)


-the acne control lotion (night):


benzoyl peroxide 2.5%





i just started using this kit today so in a few days ill tell you wat i think of neutrogenas kit


what i really like about it is that there is only 2 steps...


in the morning u wash ur face... and use the day lotion which is oil free and has spf 15 in it...


and at night b4 u go ot bed u wash ur face again and use the night lotion which has 2.5% benzoyl peroxide.


the night lotion is like a thick gel that dries and even tho it may feel like u have have something on ur skin... its only at night and u wash it off in the morning





CLINIQUE( $32 for a one month supply.. but u can buy them in different bottles)





cleansing foam: salicylic acid 2%


clarifying lotion: salicylic acid 1.5% (this is more like a toner btw)


clearing moisturizer: benzoyl peroxide 2.5%


this kit WORKED


my acne cleared up a lot


the only reason why i stopped using this kit is because i felt it dried out my skin to much


since i have a blackhead problem as well... i use neutrogenas daily scrub in the morning and then i waz using the clinique at night doing this worked really well and my skin was not drying out so much


but i had bought neutrogenas kit for a cheaper price i figured i would switch








MURAD ($30 for starter kit... $60 for larger kit)


cleanser: salicylic acid 1.5%


exfoliating acne treatment gel: salicylic acid 1%


acne spot treatment: sulfur 3%


skin perfecting lotion: nothing...


i would waste my time with murad again... it is really weak and i didnt notice much of a difference





PROACTIV


renewing cleanser: benzoyl peroxide 2.5%


Toner: nothing


repairing lotion: benzoyl peroxide 2.5%


my friend is using proactiv and it works really well on him but if u tried it and it didnt make much difference then dont bother








also at night u could try putting neosporin on ur pimples... (yea yea the cream u put on ur cuts) it kills the germs in ur pimples and heals w.e cuts u have on ur face and prevents scars


but i wud reccommend washing it off b4 u go to school because u will look like u have grease spots on ur face


but when ever ur home... just put it on





also one last thing... you cud try zeno...

The only thing that ever worked for me was a medication you get from a dermatologist called Acutane. If you take this medication, you will be given blood tests every so often to monitor its affect on your liver. You cannot whatsoever preproduce (get pregnant or get someone pregnant) on this medication. The baby will have severe diformaties. It sounds scarey...but it works! I have had a clear complection for years now and have 3 beautiful children now in my adult life.|||okay i put some rubbing alchohol on a cotton ball and wipe my face down with it and on super bad red spots i put neosporn on it it works sooo welll


ohhh but the first few times the rubbing alchohol will sorta burn for a min because its killing all the germs but just hold your breath and its okay. just try it it works sooo well!!!

btw i am talking about general face washing,,, if nothing works go to a dermetologist|||Try toothpaste. Google up some information on it before you do, %26#039;cause it can be dangerous if you don%26#039;t know what you%26#039;re doing. Have you tried talking to your dermatologist?|||Go see a dermatologists!!


They will probably proscribe you with a prescription depending on how bad it is.
