Puppy with pimple? Its big for a pimple, but it looks like one.?

My boyfriend just got a puppy 3 days ago. She just got a thing that looks likle a pimple on her stomach. What should we do? should we just leave alone and see if it goes away?|||Where on her stomach is it?Is it about mid tummy and feel soft?May be an umbilical hernia.If a pimple leave it be.If a hernia these many times close on their own if not ,it can be repaired.The vet can tell you what it is.She should have a vet exam if she hasn%26#039;t already .|||I would think that this is her belly button. They protrude quite a lot when the puppy is small but it will diminish in size as the pup grows.





It might be worth taking her to see your Vet and have her checked over. It could be an umbilical hernia which is caused by the mother biting the umbilical cord too close to its abdomen when it was born.|||Could be a bug bite%26gt; Watch her for any symptoms of illness and if needed take her to the vet. She should get set up with a vet anyway and be checked over and get her started on her shots and get a schedule for her wellness checks.





Look into getting the wellness policy at PetSmart. It%26#039;s a good deal. You pay by the month but her visits and shots and lab test are all covered. Saves you lots of money over the years. My dogs last visit was $398.00 and all but $14.00 was covered by his policy. and that%26#039;s twice what the yearly premium is.|||Is the %26quot;pimple %26quot; located where the belly button should be or somewhere else? If it is belly button area it might be a hernia and needs to be seen by a vet ASAP! Otherwise if located elsewhere on the belly sounds like some kind of bug bite, perhaps a spider bite that is infected. Either way see a vet soon!|||Leave it alone, messing with it could lead to infection. If it does not go away on it%26#039;s own after a resonable amount of time go to the vet.|||It could also be a hernia from her umbilical cord- show your vet- but do no attempt to open or drain it in any way.|||take it to the vet like the first guy said it might be a tumor and im not sure if dogs are even able to get pimples|||It could be a cyst or tumor if it is there for 3 days she needs to go see the vet!
