Pimple sized red bumps on the back wall of my throat?Its painfull.?

I also have alot of mucus.





What do you think it is?





How can i ease the pain?|||Could this be post nasal drip from cold or allergies? Try some diphenhydramine (Benadryl or equiv) to minimize mucous. You don%26#039;t really say where mucous is coming from or hwere it is accumulating.





Do gargle with salt water (1/2 tsp salt to 1/2 glass of warm water) about every couple of hours. Don%26#039;t swallow the salt water. Can take some Tylenol and/or ibprofen.
