I have a big red pimple on my forehead and i have a school dance tomrow HELP?

how can i make it look less noticable or make it go away by tomorow|||Go to Wal Mart and by the face cream called OXI. It has benzoil peroxide in it. Put it on your pimple every 6 hours. It may not take it away, but it should at least help.|||Try putting toothpaste on it and letting it sit for a couple of hours.
