My labradoodle has what seems to be a bright red pimple inside her ear. should I be worried?

It could be an infection of some sort, and the earlier infections are caught the easier (and sometimes cheaper) it is to treat. It can probably wait a few days, but I would call the vet today or tomorrow. That way you can set up the appoinment when its convienient for you, and they may not give you an appointment for a week or two. If you put it off, you may have to rush in at a bad time for you, or they may be forced to push it off later than it should have been if they are booked up.
