I have "pimple" like bumps all over my face and chest...what are they?

I took antibiotics recently, I think i may have had an allergic reaction to it.


I don%26#039;t normally get ANY pimples. Maybe the odd one on my cheek, but that%26#039;s it.|||It might well be an allergic reaction (hives), but it%26#039;s hard to tell without a picture.
