it happenes when a hair grows upside down, it has a root that eventually grows and can not be removed except by sergery?

thanks|||It is called a pilonidal cyst. Most of these can be lanced open, allowed to drain on their own and treated with antibiotics and pain medications. Sometimes, they come back.
