its not a big pimple,normal size,but my cheek is kinda swolen|||a pimple is a small infection, there can%26#039;t be an infected pimple. it might be a cyst. if it gets worse see a doctor|||bro it sounds pretty normal. just do mess with it no matter what. the more u mess with it and pick at it, the longer it will be swolen and red.
