My pimple broke itself and it's releasing pus. Is it still ok to put benzoyl peroxide on top of the lesion?

What I usually do is give it a good squeeze to get as much infection out as possible. Then take a face cloth run it under very hot water, then put it directly on the area and you will find in a couple of minutes and the remaining infection will come out, then just wipe it off and your done. Usually it dries out and heals itself. Also emu oil is very good for the skin, try it.|||I use a benzoyl creama nd put in on broken pimples without a problem.|||It will help
