How can i remove pimple scars?

this particular one appeared on my chin after i stupidly picked a pimple that was on my chin.





so i decided to ignore the scar, because people told me the scar would fade way...





it%26#039;s been four/five years...and the scar is still there, mainly visible in my photoes...





so what can i do to get rid of it?





or is it too late? (please say no)
