Except that some of them have sulfur or chemicals like the for acne. What I would do is for the white and black heads is steam them with a warm wash cloth (this make the content of the clogged pore soft) then gently squeeze them out as if it were a pimple. For the pimples DO NOT POP THEM! This will only leave scars. You should find a face wash with either benzol peroxide or salicylic acid and drink lots of water. Also stay away from make ups and moisturizer with oils in them. If that does start working after two months I would go see a dermatologist. They might prescribe a acne pill or topicals. If that doesn%26#039;t work it might be hormonal (if you%26#039;re a female) and not bacterial. A low dosage birth control might help. It did for me.
