I have a red spot on my nose after popping a pimple yesterday. When and what can i do to make it go away?

Eye drops will take the red away for a little while|||i use triple antibiotic ointment at night before bed. It should go away soon unless you didn%26#039;t get all the dirt and puss out. Also it may sound silly or gross but preparation H works really well too.|||toothpaste.. it%26#039;ll be off in 2 days..
